In the main event of the Royal Rumble, Roman Reigns defends the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against his cousin, Jey Uso. Meanwhile, Jimmy Uso has suffered a knee injury and is unable to be at ringside. The absence of Jimmy adds even more uncertainty to the family dynamic.
